Free discovery call

We start with a free discovery call to discuss your current issues and your goals. I answer all of your questions and check if we are a right fit to work together

Coaching sessions

We’ll have a weekly 1-hour-sessions to dig deeper towards your goals and define your action plan. I’ll give you handouts when necessary and I’ll be available by email or message between our sessions.

All our work will be done focusing on your goals. My aim is to help you finding your own path to sustainable changes.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

I work with you to get in touch with your body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

I offer a 3 months package because it’s the minimum to put in place sustainable changes for your health. However, it’s possible to work longer together if that’s what you want and need.

We start with a free discovery call so that I can answer to all your questions regarding the program. It allows us to see if we are a good fit and if we want to work together.

Yes! You can pay in full in advance (with a discount) or monthly while checking out.

No. Coaching requires a commitment, from both the coach and the client. When a client knows a refund is possible, it is too easy for her to have “one foot in” the coaching relationship and “one foot out” the door in case the program “doesn’t work.” If you think the program might not work for you, it won’t. You must believe that this program has the potential to give you the results you desire, or you should not make the investment. When you go into something knowing that you have an “out,” it is unlikely that you will give it 100%. I desire each and every client to thoughtfully consider this investment BEFORE committing. Once you have paid your deposit and signed your contract, you are fully committed and no refunds will be offered.
